Description
De Dnde Vienes? finds director Jos M. Aponte and the Unt Latin Jazz Lab Band led by special guest Miguel Zenn asking the timeless question of origin through nine dynamic tracks. From Zenn’s fiery originals to fresh takes on classics like “Siboney” and “Siete Pasos a la Habana,” the ensemble’s tight brass, driving rhythms, and heartfelt solos weave a vibrant portrait of cultural heritage. Recorded live at The Echo Lab (Argyle, Texas), this album is a concise, powerful celebration of identity, community, and the unifying spirit of jazz.
