Description
2LP – 2011 Reissue, 180g Black Vinyl (Gatefold), Remastered
Quadrophenia is the sixth studio album by the English rock band The Who, released as a double album in 1973. The bands second Rock Opera, often regarded by many as the Whos best album. It was adapted into a film in 1979 which played a key role in igniting the UKs self-styled mod revival.
Quadrophenia is both more ambitious and less accessible than Tommy – The Who’s first rock opera and it features some of the band’s finest work, including the enraged ‘The Real Me,’ the cynical ‘The Punk and the Godfather,’ and the powerful ‘Love, Reign O’er Me’.
