HAWKWIND – There Is No Space For Us – CD [APR 18]

Description

CD

Brand-new studio album following the acclaimed Stories From Time And Space and the epic live album Live At The Royal Albert Hall.

Classic Hawkwind! A fusion of space rock, hypnotic rhythms, synth-driven atmospherics and driving riffs.

Exploring dystopian futures, human existence in the cosmos, and the vast unknown.

There Is No Space For Us takes listeners on a cosmic odyssey, from the thunderous synth-laden opener There Is Still Danger There to the eerie, expansive Space Continues (Lifeform). Highlights include theshape-shifting, acoustic-driven Co-Pilot, the cinematic title track There Is No Space For Us, and the theremin-fuelled freak-out of Neutron Stars. The album culminates in the melancholic yetpowerful A Long Long Way From Home, reflecting on the fragile nature of existence.
