Marrying Maiden is the second album by the band, It’s a Beautiful Day, originally released in 1970. Building upon the unique blend of psychedelic rock, classical, and folk elements that defined their 1969 self-titled debut album, this special release pushes their musical boundaries even further. Featuring intricate arrangements, emotive lyrics, and the standout presence of David LaFlamme’s
violin, this album combines beautiful orchestration with the raw energy of late ’60s and early ’70s rock. This album is for vinyl collectors who appreciate the fusion of psychedelic folk rock, orchestral music, and the countercultural spirit of this defining musical era, Marrying Maiden is a must-have!
