Description
140-gram Black Vinyl, Holland – Import
Released in 1967, this landmark album captures Nina Simone at her most raw and emotionally exposed as she blends blues, jazz, and soul with a defiant, genre-defying style. Through powerful performances like “Backlash Blues” and “I Want a Little Sugar in My Bowl,” she channels themes of racial tension, sensuality, and personal resilience with her signature grit and grace.
