Up In My Mind: 15 Fuzzed Out Acid Tabs From The Lysergic Sixties is a mind-expanding journey through the wildest corners of late-1960s psychedelic garage rock.
Collected here are fifteen obscure underground psych gems packed with swirling fuzz guitars, hypnotic organ lines and trippy vocal harmonies. The compilation moves from dreamy, acid-soaked odysseys to heavier proto-metal garage explosions, capturing the era’s raw experimentation and DIY energy.
Themes of apocalypse, revolution and psychedelic escapism run throughout the record, while eerie hallucinatory soundscapes sit next to driving fuzz-rock burners. From obscure 45s on tiny labels to long-forgotten underground releases, every track reflects the strange and adventurous spirit of the lysergic sixties.
Wild, unpredictable and utterly intoxicating — this is psychedelic garage rock at its most mind-bending.
