The album similarly channels theinfluence of Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewisstactile, material production on Janet Jacksonslate 80s albums Control and Rhythm Nation1814, records that exploded the potential ofdigital music-making and entwined the soundsof new technology with the currents of thebody.
