Description

7” – Limited Edition Black Vinyl.

The big voice from Flint Michigan, that brought us the smash hit Norma Jean is back with Its so Hard.

A deeply soulful beat-ballad with a message, Its so Hard tells a tale that we unfortunately know too well- a couple promising kids whose lives get cut short when they inadvertently get caught up in the hustling, drugs and guns that surround them.

Fortified with a toughness thats unmistakably Detroit, the track takes you on a cross-country journey, marrying the cool, east coast swagger of T-Neck era Isleys with the laid back groove coveted by the WC lowrider soul scene. A raw expression of the violence far too many young folks have to bear.

Tracklist:

A: Its So Hard

B: Its So Hard (Part Two)
