Description
Yasmine Hamdan’s I Remember I Forget, is a powerful reflection on memory and identity, blending personal and global themes with evocative storytelling. Building on her previous albums Ya Nass and Al Jamilat, Hamdan draws deeply on her Lebanese roots and global influences. The album explores the tragedies of Lebanon, particularly the 2020 Beirut explosion and the ongoing economic crisis, and transforms these events into universal metaphors for resilience and hope.
